Giving everyone the opportunity to aspire and to succeed through hard work and perseverance.

Our vision is to establish a trust, dedicated to finding collaborative solutions in ensuring excellence for all children and the foundations for life-long learning. We aspire to create an inclusive environment where individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and English as an Additional Language (EAL) are effectively supported, with all barriers to their learning eliminated.

Central to the communities in which each school serves, we endeavour to preserve their unique identities strongly recognising that not all schools are the same. Partnership with community hubs will be a stronghold in galvanising support for the most vulnerable or to signpost opportunities for all.

We prioritise the well-being and aspirations of our staff, recognising their crucial role in achieving our mission and supporting them in meeting their career roles. Collaboration and the sharing of good practice and expertise will be central to our approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.
